Build the ultimate 1-ton front axle with Artec Industries' NEW 14 Bolt Front Truss. Designed to endure serious abuse, this heavy-duty truss system reinforces your entire axle while providing a flat surface for upper link mounting. Featuring a 3/8" thick truss top and 1/4" thick gussets, the unique design strengthens both the axle and link mounting surface. Combining two products (14 bolt short rear truss and modular truss end), this system accommodates either passenger or driver side drop 14 bolt front axles. The truss supports pinion angles from 7 to 20 degrees with potential trimming for further adjustments.
Notes THAT A 14 BOLT FRONT AXLE IS COMPLETELY CUSTOM NOT OEM. MODIFICATIONS MAY BE NECESSARY DEPENDING ON HOW YOU'VE BUILT THE AXLE. WE RECOMMEND GETTING THE TRUSS BEFORE BUILDING THE AXLE SO YOU CAN BUILD THEM TOGETHER.
Notes : This kit uses a Modular Truss End which is a generic part designed to be trimmed to fit any short truss. Trimming to fit the contour of the 14 bolt short truss will be necessary. This truss is very form fitting to the contours of the casting. Due to variances in casting of this axle over the years, some trimming may be necessary on the truss and non-essential parts of the casting.

14 bolt Front Truss
Im only giving this one star cause I cant pick a zero star. Poor design does not fit good even with a little plasma trimming nor does it look that good. Dont understand why to go away from the nice flat same height 60 look that actually works. All other products Ive got from here worked great except this one. Just a poor design in my opinion.

14 bolt Front Truss
With a brand new product for a completely custom axle its slightly nerve racking hoping it works like you want it to. With my 14 bolt steer axle cut to specs to match a stock GM Dana 60 width and differential offset the truss worked perfectly. Required trimming of the side plates to fit but thats the point of making it customizable. Couple seconds with the plasma to cut them to fit and it fits perfectly. Tight to the differential housing and tight along the axle tubes. Looks badass and should hold up to abuse well.
